Who is responsible

Northframe s.r.o., IČO 24603830, with its registered office at Dejvická 189/7, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, is the controller of personal data described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to mail@northframe.cz.

02

What this policy covers

This policy applies when you visit northframe.cz or contact Northframe about its studio work. The website does not provide user accounts, payments, a newsletter, or a contact form.

Links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, are governed by those services' own privacy terms once you leave this website.

03

Data that may be processed

  • Technical request data: IP address, request date and time, requested page, response status, browser or device information, referring page, and security or diagnostic information generated when the site is delivered.
  • Correspondence: your name, email address, organisation, message, and any information you choose to include when you contact Northframe.
  • Project and business records: information needed to discuss, prepare, enter into, or perform a studio engagement.

Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary and has been agreed in advance.

04

Why it is used

  • To deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the website, based on Northframe's legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable site.
  • To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract.
  • To manage an agreed engagement and meet contractual obligations.
  • To keep records required by law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Northframe does not use information from this website for automated decision-making or profiling.

05

Cookies and analytics

Northframe does not currently run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or its own non-essential cookies on this website. The hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data or use strictly necessary mechanisms to deliver and protect the site.

If analytics, embedded media, or other non-essential tracking is added later, this policy and the site's consent controls will be updated before that tracking is enabled where consent is required.

06

Who may receive data

Northframe uses service providers only where needed to operate the website and communicate with you. These may include Vercel for website hosting and delivery, and email hosting or delivery providers for correspondence. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, Northframe relies on an applicable adequacy decision or contractual and organisational safeguards required by data-protection law.

Northframe does not sell personal data.

07

How long it is kept

  • Technical logs are kept only for the period provided by the hosting and security systems and as needed to investigate reliability or security issues. Northframe does not build a separate visitor-profile database from them.
  • Routine enquiries that do not become an engagement are normally deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Contract, accounting, and legal records are kept for the periods required by applicable law or while a related claim may reasonably arise.

Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed and no legal reason requires its retention.

08

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is ever based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send a request to mail@northframe.cz. Northframe may need reasonable information to confirm your identity and protect personal data from unauthorised disclosure.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, at uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority where you live or work.

09

Security

Northframe uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No internet service is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be made clear on the website where appropriate.
